John Englert - Insurance & Financial Services
John is a seasoned , and trusted financial professional - having now worked as a Career New York Life Agent for nearly thirty years. John's commitment to serve his clients at his highest capacity is seen in John's accomplishing some of the most difficult upper education possible in his field. Helping his clients in securing more reliable, and positive, financial settings are John's strength. Whether it be Retirement Income Planning, Family Protection, Estate and Legacy Planning, Executive Benefits, or Philanthropy, John is there with ideas that can, and will, make a difference. Additionally, he brings a Fortune 100 Companies' significant resources to bear - no small thing! He is married to Lynette, for 30 years, and has two children Matthew, and Ashley. John enjoys making music with his guitars, motorcylcling, traveling, and good food and friends.
Will Keeler - Agent

Will joined New York Life in 2008. Prior to becoming an agent, Will served as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy. Will helped maintian the F/A-18 Hornets of VFA-94 based in Naval Air Station, Lemoore. The highlight of his service was deploying aboard the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Navy, Will attended Shasta College and earned an Associates of Science in Business Administration. At Shasta College, Will was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and several student clubs. Will is a member of Rotary International Redding West, and serves as the Chaplain for Veterans of Foriegn Wars (VFW) Post 1934. Will has two children Jaeda and Andre who live with him in Jones Valley.

Lynette has functioned effectively as our Office Manager ever since she quit teaching high school in 1990. She ran a productive classroom for 9th graders for 16 years. Lynette oversees, and is responsible for, almost every administrative function in our office. Whenever you have a question on any service situation, Lynette is prepared to quickly fix any difficulty, and/or locate the answer to a tricky question regarding coverages, claims, billing and much more. Lynette also is John's wife of 26 years and they have two children - Matthew and Ashley. From her time in the academic world she has the educational equivalent of a Master's Degree. On a personal note, being a home economics major, and educator, she could "cook in 7 languages" when John first met her. Lynette is dedicated to pursuing the highest level of service on your policies & accounts. Lynette wants you to have the greatest peace of mind possible regarding the family and business affairs entrusted to us.
Cary Keogh - Benefits Specialist

Cary Keogh moved to Redding in 2005 from Santa Barbara to be near her family. She enjoys the pace of life and the many activities the north state offers. Cary has been in the group insurance business since 1978, and has specialized in ongoing legislative and funding issues that have become the reality for employers who provide group insurance coverage. Cary’s particular expertise is in the customer service area, as she enjoys being able to resolve problems and concerns for her clients. Cary really enjoys her son's family in southern California and especially her new grandson!
Debbie Carpenter - Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Debbie is our newest staff member. Debbie is John’s Administrative Assistant. She is also our receptionist and is very qualified to fill both positions. Debbie is a California Native, being born in Southern California and has lived in the Redding area for 20 years. She has a 30 year background in financial lending and in the real estate title insurance & escrow industries. Debbie is experienced in handling highly detailed transactions that require ongoing client contact, specific deadlines, monitoring and follow-up. Her wide range of office experiences has allowed Debbie to develop quick problem solving and multi-tasking skills. She is customer service oriented and is dedicated to helping you to realize your financial goals.
